Yasha Ahoubim is a founding partner of Cohen & Ahoubim PLLC. Yasha’s main area of practice involves handling personal injury claims such as vehicle accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability.
Yasha also has experience in business and corporate law. Representing companies and investors in a wide range of industries, his practice includes entity formation, organization and governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Yasha counsels private companies at all stages, guiding them from start up stage through their exit.
