Aaron Cohen, Esq.

Aaron Cohen is a founding partner in the law firm of Cohen & Ahoubim PLLC. Aaron has dedicated his practice to the representation of individuals that are victims of the mighty insurance companies, big corporations or businesses, and unjust individuals.

Aaron received his law degree from Southwestern Law School and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge. Aaron is admitted to both the Nevada Bar and the California Bar.

Yasha Ahoubim, Esq.

Yasha Ahoubim is a founding partner of Cohen & Ahoubim PLLC. Yasha’s main area of practice involves handling personal injury claims such as vehicle accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, slip and fall accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability.

Yasha also has experience in business and corporate law. Representing companies and investors in a wide range of industries, his practice includes entity formation, organization and governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Yasha counsels private companies at all stages, guiding them from start up stage through their exit.
